Hawaiian Heart of Palm Cake

Minted Orzo, Shaved Cucumber, Tahini Vinaigrette. Refreshing main meal! Minted orzo was light and very cucumber-y. I'm not sure what the palm cakes are garnished with. It was a bit sour. Overall, delicious and something I'd order again, especially in the spring or summer.
