Infusion Tea is an amazing little vegan/vegetarian place with loads of amazing vegan options! I've never had something here I didn't like. This dish is the Crunchy Ginger over greens (they have many dishes and you can choose to have them in a quinoa bowl, over greens, in a whole wheat wrap, or on gluten-free bread). Great flavour on this one and it tasted very fresh!!
