This is my favorite dish from my favorite restaurant in all of Lawrence, KS. It has a name I can't pronounce or spell, but it's #49 on their "vegetarian menu". This dish is already vegan, you don't have to do anything to it or ask for anything special. They have the absolute best tofu in my opinion.
