#4 Steak, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Tofu egg, 'steak', tomato, spinach, mystery sauce, some kinda cheeze. Dont know the deets bc menu doesnt say. Big guy tastes closer to ham than steak, dont know what it's made of. Hoping, as always, it's not cheap nonorganic, pesticide riddled soy. But hell of a sandwich.

This yummy and satisfying sandwich is served all day. It consists of organic seasoned tofu, house seitan, cheese, tomato, spinach, and roasted red pepper aioli on ciabatta.
