This consisted of delicious umami-rich tempeh, quinoa, Hot Mama Salsa, spinach, Daiya cheddar, and jalapeño
cashew sauce wrapped in a gluten-free tortilla. Full of a variety of delicious flavors, it was intensely satisfying. Served with a cup of hearty Chipotle Black Bean Chili that was topped with jalapeño cashew sauce, chimichurri, and scallions, and cilantro.
