This consisted of marinated tofu, pickled daikon and carrots, cilantro, green onion, vegan sambal aioli,
and greens on a New Cascadia Traditional baguette. It was hearty, nourishing, and satisfying. Served with a cup of warming and comforting Vegetable Curry.
