La vie bacon burger

Un altra sera a Parigi siamo stati in un’altra sede di Hank Burger, zona Rochechouart,

che è proprio un’altra storia rispetto all’altro posto. Locale luminoso, più spazioso e con personale più attento e capace. Abbiamo preso il Burger con “carne” beyond, vegan bacon, hummus, cipolle croccanti e lattuga. Molto gustoso, forse ci starebbe bene una salsa all’interno per renderlo più morbido. Anche le patatine molto buone.

Veg restaurant with beyond meat products. Very good taste but a little bit expensive.

I expected this to be similar to the vegan junkfood bar, unfortunately it wasn't. The

restaurant didn't really look attractive and neither did the area. The plating was definitely nowhere near the vegan junkfood bar. I suppose the burger was alright. The patty was quite nice and meaty and I did enjoy the bacon. Don't bother taking the menu. The potatoes were alright, but the soda so awful and watery. Overall I wasn't a huge fan and wouldn't necessarily revisit.
