Handmade Beancurd with ‘Chai Po’ in Hong Kong Style Sauce

Dear Vegans & Supporters, I’ve always like chai po tofu but can rarely find a vegan version - it’s always cooked with mince pork at Hawkers and most don’t allow special request. 🤷🏿‍♀️ This isn’t the best I’ve eaten but it’s good enough to satisfy my longing of this dish. Note, there’s egg in this dish, I’m not sure if it can be veganised, ordered from deliveroo, can’t opt it out. Sincerely, Alettertovegans
