a solid option for a side! i really enjoyed the flavor of the cheese sauce
itself and the noodles were cooked perfectly; however, i did notice a slight sort of “separation” from the noodles and the sauce where i felt like the sauce itself didn’t stick to the noodles very well. this lead to the noodles and the sauce having separate tastes rather than a combined “mac and cheese” sort of flavor. i don’t think it generally affected the dish that much, as i still would order it again, but it was noticeable.
