Hand Made LaTiaoZi Noodle With Spring Onion And Chilli Oil

Murger Han is one of my favourite restaurants that I keep going back to because of their iconic handmade Biang Biang noodles. This time I decided to try a different type of noodle, the LaTiaoZi, but with the same sauce I usually get (which is the only vegan sauce option anyway). These noodles were like udon noodles and it’s much easier to eat than the Biang Biang. In terms of taste and texture, I couldn’t notice a difference but my favourite is still the Biang Biang because of the fun I have when eating such long, flat, heavy noodles😂
