Vegetarian Broth Pho with vegetarian chicken

The vegetable broth was pretty tasty. The vegetarian chicken was ok, the texture was a

bit weird but I appreciate they have a few vegan protein options for every place in this restaurant. It tastes better with hot sauce and hoisin sauce.
