Hamburguesa de seitán

Lonchas gordas de seitán con tomate, lechuga, cebolla confitada y verduras rebozadas. Gran toque el de las verduras. Lo mejor y lo peor el seitán, los primeros bocados me gustaron, sabor distinto y jugoso, pero al final me gustaba menos por el mismo motivo, es raro.

Very yummy seitan burger. The local was very full but the staff is great and very efficient. Unfortunately, just one cook in the kitchen, so we had to wait a bit for our dishes.
