homemade vegan cheese AND a vegan meat! Both!! Let's not forget they were both terribly nice, extremely well priced and the small guy trying to live life and their career on their own terms.
to their regular menu!! it was a sausage and fennel pizza but they had an option to swap it to beyond sausage and a vegan cashew “ricotta” swirl for no extra charge! They also have a plain marinara pizza on their regular menu, I hope they keep the option of adding the vegan sausage and cheese. You do have to order ahead especially on weekends but it was worth the wait :)
