Hainanese Chicken Rice

This dish is one of the recommended ones at this restaurant, and interestingly there are actually two forms of "chicken", one more like beancurd skin rolls and one that's more sausage-y with a fake layer of skin. It's not entirely convincing but still fun and enjoyed by my omnivore parents.
