This was my 1st vegan dish after becoming vegan. Chickpea’s is versatile ingredient as it
is simple but can be tasty in multiple cuisines. After making hummus in home I felt this is lacking lemon and garlic.
Creamy hummus, drizzled in olive oil and served with fresh pita bread and pickles.

pita was burnt a bit and a little too hard to chew into. Have had better!
