Super social-media-worthy! I am a big fan of avocados (got to love vegan proteins!) and this wholesome toast with some extra vitamin/minerals provider of salad side is the perfect vegan go-to breakfast... the granola sprinkle on top makes a lovely presentation & nutrious finishing touch!! 🙌
Sprinkled with a grain and oat mix which gave a nice crunchy texture. The side salad was fresh and well dressed too. Would definitely eat this again!
a nice, color and flavor texture. The toppings (pumpkin seeds and crispy garlic flakes) added a nice crunch and balanced the palate for the dish. My favourite has to be the bread that they use. It was sourdough I think. Nice thick slice to hold all the goodness of the avocados, the hummus and the toppings.
