Mmm this was outstanding! It was a little ball filled with cashew mozzarella and fried
in panko crumb, the fresh herbs and marinara sauce made it so flavoursome and cheesy centre was so gooey and amazing, it went perfectly with the crispy coasting

This was an amazing starter. The mozzarella inside was beautiful and the crispy panko crumb
complimented it well. The sauce under was delightful and I enjoyed the fresh basil.
