Grilled Shittake Mushrooms and Vegetables

Oh my gosh, I LOVE this dish. It is SO DELICIOUS!!! My husband and I get it every time we are “up north” in Minnesota for pre-race fuel the night before a long trail run. Highly recommend. It is pretty to look at and the flavors are out of this world! Order with wild rice!

These skewers were delicious, especially the mushrooms! It comes with a choice of fries, wild rice, or fettuccine. I really wanted the pasta but they said it contains egg so I went with the wild rice that was good. This is a huge dish that comes with salad too (although it contains whole grapes and slices of cantaloupe which is a bit weird). Most of their delicious homemade dressings are vegan and are available for purchase too.
