This vegan small plate is held together by dandelion pesto. For me, root veggies count as healthy comfort food in winter. Behind them you see the (also vegan) cornbread. Owamni is pretty amazing for vegans— i counted more than 10 dishes on their menu marked as vegan, and the waitress added that additional dishes could also be made vegan. Wow!
