Grilled cheese caprese

This stuff is so great, I am happy I was able to taste this delicious toast in this restaurant before they closed temporarily (let’s hope it will be just for winter!) #veganisnotscary

So far my favourite dish from here!😍 a toast featuring mozza cheese of their own production, basil from their herb garden and fresh tomatoes, with a side tomato dip. It’s really like a grilled caprese, very tasty, I would totally recommend this! #veganisnotscary
