Grilled Aubergine

This was just delicious every component worked together so well, a Aubergine was cooked so well it was delicious !!

I saw thus posted on a review @bianca1701, I just couldn’t wait to try this, what attracted me most (besides loving Aubergines) was that it was plated like a work of art🥰 Must say the aubergine was grilled to perfection, perfectly crisp and tender on the inside , I thought the Ouzo grapes were an interesting ingredient It added colour and texture , I was concerned that the dill dressing may have been an overkill but it wasn’t at all, it really worked and didn’t overpower the meal R70 All in all I was so impressed with this Restuarant , the service was friendly , professional, the food impeccable, I loved the ambiance, bothered the outside and inside seating was equally appealing , the Decor casual and authentic Great place to chill and share great company #veganuary

This was truly amazing!!! Grilled aubergine with hummus, melenzane Salata, herbs, pine nuts and grapes. R70 which I thought was well worth it #veganuary
