Noodles coated with shitake sauce, topped with QQ Tofu, mushrooms and shredded cucumber and carrot.
I loved the texture of the noodles and the tofu. Came with a bowl of vegetable soup as well.

The sauce was 😍😍. Was appetising, filling and scrumptious. Cost $7.50 which was q ex but willing to support such businesses!! and consume once in awhile :-)
This is good for days when you’re feeling like a lighter meal since it’s milder
on the spice and flavours. My only complaint is that it was just the slightest bit too oily but otherwise it was really nice. It also comes with a bowl of clear soup. I had it together with vinegared green chilli was worked perfectly as a palate cleanser.
Satisfied, love the noodle texture with very flavourful mushroom sauce!
