Green Planet Crepe

This crepe was average! It contains roasted zucchini, butternut squash, cauliflower, mushrooms, and vegan coconut pesto. Some of the ingredients are bland and some are really good! I would consider this a light snack! It was served with fresh garden salad & homemade dijon vinaigrette. #vegancrepe #crepe #veganin2022
