One of the best burgers I’ve ever had! The buns were so soft and light

Such welcoming and lovely staff, in particular the girl with an American accent that was
so helpful in working out what I could order for my partner with allergies. We both enjoyed a really delicious burger!
Had this at Green Burger's Southside winter pop up bar, Green Velvet. The burger was
tasty but not super memorable (never had a Big Mac so maybe I'm missing part of the experience). I tried the Quack Dealer burger as well which had crispy 'skinned duck', char siu, pickled carrot, spring onion, cucumber and creamy mayo, so good! Bonus points for the burger names. #alv
It was delicious & really hit the spot when I wanted a burger. The buns
were light and soft, and they portion was generous 👍🏻
