Lots of savoury flavours with soy meat chunks, 'lupcheong', 'salted fish', chestnuts, shiitake mushrooms, bell
peppers, carrots, and broccoli. Nice but wished the gong bao sauce could have been spicier! Personally would also rather have had hericium mushrooms instead of soy chunks, since there was already quite a bit of mock meat. (The only hericium mushroom claypot rice available is with sesame oil sauce and basil leaves - my preference both in terms of the sauce and nutritional value!)
