This was an interesting dish especially as someone who has never had steak. The flavor

is quite good especially with the homemade barbecue sauce. I didn’t love the texture as it was somewhat chewy but our waitress told us it’s able to fool little kids! The potatoes were amazing and had a mushroom gravy on top. #vivavanderbilt

This BE Hive Seitan steak definitely convinces with a very steak-like appearance. It definitely has

a little bit of spice to it but it's definitely a great option for people who want to switch up the boring tofu options. I don't know if you could trick a steak expert with it, but you should go and try it yourself! The mashed potatoes it comes with are also amazing. My favorite part of the dish was probably the home-made barbecue sauce!
