this sandwich was hot, spicy, and delicious! the fiery tempeh was seasoned and cooked appropriately,
the slaw provided a cool crunch, and i enjoyed the pickles because i am a pickle fan. i usually don’t see tempeh as the option for a “nashville hot” sandwich, but i was happy i tried it and loved the texture and taste of the tempeh. my only complaint would be that the size of the tempeh was not even close to equal the side of the bread; i felt like the tempeh was a lot smaller and didn’t even approach the edges of the slice of bread.
