This Caesar salad convinces with it's freshness. I am usually not a fan of Caesar

salad and even the vegan alternatives are usually pretty heavy. However, this salad is very light. Kale, tomatoes, carrots along with cashew parmesan, caesar dressing, lemon zest, and pine nuts combined in this beautiful salad! #vandyviva

so delicious!! i love a good caesar and this one did not disappoint.
it wasn’t totally

a classic caesar like you may see elsewhere, but i enjoyed the interpretation of the caesar salad. the sundried tomatoes were a lovely addition, and the dressing tasted great. i was especially a fan of the bed of kale, and didn’t find the kale to be stiff at all.
although i love a classic, the citrus caesar impressed me and i’d order it again.
