This was by far the most amazing bruschetta I've ever had. If you expect the
regular bruschetta that you would get in the average Italian restaurant, there is so much more to come! This bruschetta comes with lots of perfectly roasted vegetables. I am usually not a fan of white bread but this crispy bread was high-quality white bread and amazing. It also comes with home-made cashew cheese, which adds a fresh taste to the dish. #vandyviva
