Golden Grilled Cheesy Sandwich

Another super tasty meal from Nourish’d 💃🏻 my mom got this delicious toasted cheese and tomato sandwich on sourdough with mushrooms, baby spinach, caramelized onions and avocado aioli. Massive sandwich and very filling for R75 🌱

I sort of felt that there were too many flavours going on here. The “cheese” also made the toast very soggy which I didn’t like. The tomato sauce was very concentrated, closer to tomato paste. #grilledcheese #cheesetoastie #sandwich #cheesesandwich
