This consisted of Tofurky 🦃-free slices, cranberry sauce, creamy mashed potatoes, and 🐄 🥛-free cheddar on buttery garlic herb sourdough with a side of thick savory gravy. Served with kale salad and balsamic dressing. It was such a creative, crave-worthy, and vegan reinvention of what many people in the U.S. had for dinner last Thursday.
