Gobi 65

I’d like to thank @m1tch9i for steering me towards this instead of having me make the same mistake by ordering their #gobimanchurian again 🫢 This is hardly the most impressive #gobi65 but on the theme of all their dishes, it’s wonderfully unique! The batter here’s #eggfree but remember to always ask 😉 It’s also quite lean on the oil which for an otherwise supposedly unhealthy #fritter is #toohealthy 😅 Plus is my mom enjoyed the healthiness! #veganisnotscary #indianfood

Now that I’ve confirmed this is #vegan without alteration 🤩 It’s just my favourite thing to order 🤪 And yeah, I know it’s not healthy but that’s not my priority when it comes to Indian food 😅 They brought it out at a good temperature that’s just almost done steaming out the heat. Fried cauliflower never tasted so good 😋 There’s no other batter this aromatically rich; as I do enjoy the signature cumin and coriander seed spicing 🔥 Exceptional crisp and thickness on the batter 👌 Like it’s a thin coat of a pretty viscus batter. The cauliflower was cooked through perfectly; not too hard or soft 😁 RM 8 for this is so #worthit 😜 A thousand times over, yes! This is the first thing I’d recommend for this restaurant 👍
