Mexican Style Ramen

This ramen was delicious. Made with black beans, avocado, spinach, tomatoes and more! I am definitely a junk food vegan so health really isn't my thing and since I was coming from the vegfest I figured I should get something healthy but this was so good I forgot it was healthy!
