Wow! The flavor of these shrimp were spot-on! They use kombu (seaweed) to impart a

seafood flavor. Texture of them is definitely seitan-based. Includes vegan yum yum sauce which although I never cared for it before, I definitely recommend using here. I just wish there were 2 more shrimp in this bowl!
