Global Warming Sushi

This is to die for, nuff said. I went back Sushi Kitchen five times in my six days in Penang just for this. #crfsg

This signature dish was generously topped with vegan mayo, and had a crispy, crunchy deep-fried exterior which contrasted nicely with the QQ sushi rice & crunchy raw veggies.
