Glazed and Confused

This consisted of miso-glazed sweet potatoes, avocado, pickled ginger, sesame seeds, and sweet/savory “sur-eel” sauce. It was wonderfully imaginative with refreshing and sweet pickled ginger on the outside and creamy sweet potato and avocado inside.
