As we all know, there is no bread in Singapore. If you think to yourself, “Hey, I’ve seen bread in Singapore!” — No you haven’t 🙅‍♀️ You have simply seen chewing gum in disguise of bread. This is why chewing gum is illegal in Singapore. Thank you for attending my TED talk 🗣️ Given the above, it stands to reason there is no #gipfeli either. This is why I decided to pack one all the way from Switzerland 🇨🇭 Did I buy it and them completely forget about it? Absolutely not 😌 This was absolutely intentional 😜 I had the impression that #gipfel were typically tougher than #croissant so they’d survive better. Instead I think I invented European #paratha 🤣 It even tastes like it 😂 That’s a compliment! This was yummy even after over half a day in my bag and flying over an entire continent 😋 Tell me, what do you think of my Apple’d Gipfel Air?

Ich liebte die Buttergipfel, die man in der Schweiz zum Frühstück bekommt. Weich und zart in der Mitte, knusprig an den beiden Spitzen. Nicht süss, nicht zu salzig, passend zu Marmelade aber auch wunderbar, um so zu essen, ohne etwas dazu. Ich hatte Angst, dieser Genuss aufgeben zu müssen, doch Bakery Bakery in Zürich bietet vegane "Butter"-Gipfel an! So toll! Geschmacklich genau so gut, ethisch viel besser! Zum Mitnehmen in einer ökologischen Verpackung. Ich hatte es leider in der Tasche etwas zerquetscht, aber vom Geschmack her immer noch perfekt. #veganbreakfast #croissant #veganisnotscary
