ginger tea (with lemon)

Ginger tea with a squeeze of lemon. Always a winner in my books. Katzentempel does it right, and I wish other cafes can learn from them... not only are they a fully vegan cafe. They make sure a portion of their proceeds for their coffee goes to an ngo, and they make their guacamole from peas instead of avocado, since it’s better for their environment. Additionally, they’re home to a family of beautiful lovely cats. Good food, good vibes and cool cats.
