This consisted of richly flavorful tamari and ginger spiced lobster mushrooms, red potatoes, cannellini beans, kale, quinoa, and lemon ginger sauce, plus smoky, seasoned tempeh. Lobster mushrooms are uniquely delicious, with a crustacean-like flavor and meaty consistency, and I was glad I had the opportunity to sample them in this seasonal special.
