Ginger Soy Tofu (Veganized)

Requires a few adjustments... swap the menu listed aoli for the vegan version (red pepper) and remove the crispy wonton. I got mine on a stack of lettuce, so it doesn't look super burger like - but the taste was amazing. I got half fries, half salad and tomatilla dip for, well, dipping!
