Genki doesn't sell bowls of rice, which is alittle inconvenient. Ordered this dish even though
it didn't have the green leaf next to it. We were planning to just eat the soba without the sauce, we normally the sauce contains fish, which would make the dish non vegan.
managed to ask the staff at Genki of there is fish inside the sauce, and they told us no fish. There wasn't a fishy taste in the sauce as what we normally taste outside, so we poured the sauce in with the soba 😅
So so awesomely good. Noodles perfectly cooked, sauce was nice and salty ! Quite a small portion however. $4+ for alittle but of noodles only.
The noodles are propped up by a wooden tray in the bowl giving it the look of alot of noodles. 🤣
