Wow so stoked to find a bolognese pasta that is vegan by default, and not

just the typical tomato-based mushroom pasta! I first tried this when I came here with @far3ana and again with @theminttobe #vegbuddies. I enjoyed it a lot more the first round, not sure if there was an actual difference in standard or I just had such high expectations the second round. First time I found it pretty substantial and the plant-based bolognese had a really nice texture, sauce was pretty tasty. The wholemeal gluten-free pasta had a more gritty earthy texture that I enjoyed. The alfalfa sprouts on top made it look pretty and added to the nutrition. I preferred this over the creamy mushroom pasta. Second time I had it I found the sauce and bolognese a little diluted somehow but still nice.

I would recommend this as my best friend

A classic #bolognese dish 🍝🍝 I personally prefer their mushroom carbonara, but this was pretty

good too. Would have loved more ingredients on the side — it was a tad plain. Not my top choice at Genius Central! #veganuary

$16++! my sister liked this!!! she didn’t even know it was vegan even after she

ordered and ate it HAHHA she was impressed :D generous with the sauce and portion and pasta was cooked to al dente! she loved the addition of rocket (??? is it) leaves too! the minced mushrooms really resembled meat but didn’t leave that heavy feeling after eating! also it contains red wine so beware HAHA #veganuary

This was really delicious and I dont usually like tomato pasta! The sauce was really

chunky despite being meatless - not sure what they used, seemed like mushrooms! The dish was balanced with some really fresh veggies #veganin2020

Got this for the lunch set. $11.90 excluding gst and service charge. Comes with a

dessert of the day which was muffin today. Loved the space. Dish was yummy. Mushrooms were used in place of meat.

bolognese sauce consisted of mushrooms and carrot bits- was flavourful without being too salty, and

wasn’t too oily as well! personally felt that after awhile it got ‘boring’ because every mouthful was the exact same due to the nature of the dish. but it wasn’t bad! $16 for this dish, which is the average for the mains here.

I got the gluten free version. Wasn’t something I would order again, because the dish

was too sweet for my liking. Tasted like they added sugar. Was missing the hearty and meaty aspect. What I did appreciate is that it was not processed meat, but rather minced mushrooms and carrots,

I did not even realize this was a vegan dish. They had it on their

lunch special, didn’t see it in their regular menu. Was just like any bolognese I would expect. Delicious, good serving size, not overly meaty either!
