Genius Bolognese Pasta

I did not even realize this was a vegan dish. They had it on their lunch special, didn’t see it in their regular menu. Was just like any bolognese I would expect. Delicious, good serving size, not overly meaty either! Would definitely recommend

A classic #bolognese dish 🍝🍝 I personally prefer their mushroom carbonara, but this was pretty good too. Would have loved more ingredients on the side — it was a tad plain. Not my top choice at Genius Central! #veganuary

bolognese sauce consisted of mushrooms and carrot bits- was flavourful without being too salty, and wasn’t too oily as well! personally felt that after awhile it got ‘boring’ because every mouthful was the exact same due to the nature of the dish. but it wasn’t bad! $16 for this dish, which is the average for the mains here.
