Gelato Cake (Pimonte Hazelnut & Vanilla and Chocolate Stracciatella)

My friends surprised me with this incredible gelato cake. As a kid I used to insist on ice cream cakes and this is the first time I have had one in well over a decade or more. Everything about it was delicious.
