Empanadilhas e croquetas

For my last meal in Portugal I took a lil lunch box from Gaya on the plane with me! The soy empada and seitan empanadilha were really amazing, tasty and creamy while the croqueta was a bit dry but it really filled me and satisfied my expectations.
