This was my least favourite dish of the evening only because having not eaten meat
for many years this 3D printed plant meat was too realistic for me! The flavour had a depth I’ve not experienced in plant based meat, and my meat eating friend said it was incredibly good - though the texture a little too soft. The Marinated 3D meat was served with lovely Roots & New Season Onion and Jersey Royals.
