Pan fried noodles dishes were always my favorite thing to eat at Chinese restaurants growing
up, so I’m not going to lie I had good expectations and was slightly disappointed. In my experience, with pan friend noodle dishes the noodles are always thin so they get really crispy. The noodles in this dish were much thicker, so they weren’t really crispy, it was almost like the noodles were a weird mix of being soft and slightly hard (not crisp) at the same time. On the bright side, the sauce and veggies were good. I don’t think I’d order this again though.
