This was a FANTASTIC salad! I never order salads at Portia's because I love her wraps and breakfast sandwiches so much, but it was super hot out, and something cold and crunchy sounded good. (No Ollie didn't eat the salad or onions). We sat outside by the little greenhouse so Ollie could join. ✨️ This salad was HUGE. It had #locallysourced romaine lettuce, bell peppers, local carrots, sprouts, cabbage, raisins, and sunflower seeds, cherry and heirloom tomatoes and I did ask for no walnuts. I meant to add #tofu but forgot. It was still very filling, though, so no worries. I love that you can add things like avocado, tofu, etc. Portia is super accommodating when it comes to swapping out or replacing ingredients. I appreciate that. You also get to choose your dressing, and I picked a great creamy balsamic. It was delicious. I loved the beautiful colors and crunchy textures of the veggies. The raisins added a nice sweetness as well. This salad was huge, fresh, #organic, and locally sourced, so it was a bit expensive at $14, but honestly, it was worth it to me. Portia's dishes have so many nutrients and really are great for a reset when I'm not feeling my best. #veganfortheanimals #abillionlove #womenowned #veganisnotscary #vegan #govegan #recyclable
