Loaded sweet potatoes from garden grub. It was a lunch special the other day!
Totally yummy! Topped with vegan cheese sauce. I did add some vegan sour cream too. The sweet potatoes still had some chew to them. I wouldn’t mind them a bit softer but regardless this was a tasty and filling lunch! #veganisnotscary #plantbased #vegan
