Nothing too special - but nevertheless still delicious :)
Thought the tomato relish worked really well
with the avocado salsa
And the seeded sourdough bread was delicious!
Personally think I could’ve done with less avocado and a thinner slice of bread but that’s down to personal preference 🥑
