A vegan twist on the classic Chinese dish of Peking Duck with paper thin wraps

and some shredded cold vegetables. This was so good and so fun to eat - although the "duck" isn't the most convincing, they are fried to crispiness and have a rich flavor, so much so that I don't miss the real thing at all.
